Studio7onethree Photography LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated brands, and Studio7onethree Companies (hereinafter referred to as “Studio7onethree,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) stand behind all of their products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. Any and all purchases made from us (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and on-site purchases at live events) are subject to the following policies:

Offers and coupons cannot be used together unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable.• Studio7onethree Photography LLC reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest policies before making a purchase.

Live Event Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending a Studio7onethree Photography LLC event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Tickets

• All ticket purchases for live events are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, illness, or emergencies.• Tickets may, however, be transferred to another person with a minimum of 24-hour notice
prior to the event.

2. Consent to Photography and Filming•
By attending this event, you grant Studio7onethree Photography LLC and its affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, film, or record your likeness, voice, and participation.•
You agree that such recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without compensation or notification.• All footage and photographs remain the sole property of Studio7onethree Photography LLC.

3. Force Majeure
Studio7onethree Photography LLC shall not be held liable for any cancellations or changes to the event due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.•
In such cases, tickets will not be refunded but may be transferred to future events or applied as credit toward other programs.

4. Age Restrictions
All attendees must be 13 years or older, unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific events.• Babies, strollers, and children under 13 are not permitted. Ages 13-17 must be companied by a parent or guardian.

5. Non-Recording Policy
Attendees are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, or live-streaming any part of the event.• Studio7onethree Photography LLC reserves the right to enforce this policy and remove attendees found in violation without refund.

6. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific personal, professional, financial, or other results from attending our events or purchasing our products and services.•
