Live Event Terms and Conditions

1. Non-Refundable Tickets

All live event tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, or changes in plans. Tickets may, however, be transferred to another person with at least 24-hour notice, provided Studio7onethree Photography LLC receives the new ticket holder's full name and email address in writing.

2. Photography and Filming Consent

By attending a live event, you grant Studio7onethree Photography LLC the irrevocable right to photograph, film, or record your likeness, voice, and participation. These recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without compensation or notification. All recordings remain the sole property of Studio7onethree Photography LLC.

3. Force Majeure

Studio7onethree Photography LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to or applied as credit toward other training programs.

4. Age Restrictions

Attendees must be 13 years or older, unless otherwise specified for a particular event. Babies, strollers, and diaper bags are strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

Recording, live-streaming, or photographing during events is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed without a refund.Unauthorized distribution of promotional materials or use of the venue for self-promotion is prohibited. Violators will be expelled and may face legal action.

Waiver and Release for Live Events

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I release Studio7onethree Photography LLC from all claims, including but not limited to libel, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, California.

Studio7onethree Photography LLC does not guarantee specific results in modeling, photography, or financial outcomes. Testimonials are for informational purposes only and may not reflect typical results.
